Insolvency Practice Area
Kandace Stewart practices in the Insolvency Practice Area. Before joining Evans | Petree, Kandace had an externship with Chief Judge David Kennedy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee. She was also a law clerk at TBN of Tennessee, where she gained experience working for their corporate counsel.
Ms. Stewart is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar (Diversity in the Law Committee, 2006-present), the Memphis Bar Association (Inaugural Class, Leadership Forum, 2004-2005; Membership Committee 2006-present), and the Association of Women Attorneys.
