Lytle Nichol has extensive experience advising clients in federal taxation, probate matters, and general corporate law. He provides tax planning advice to both individuals and large corporations. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Mr. Nichol has been in practice since 1964. In that time, Mr. Nichol has been widely involved in:
- Structuring new businesses
- The sale of businesses to publicly traded corporations
- Business mergers
- Tax free exchanges and
- Corporate sales and acquisitions.
Mr. Nichol is a member and past president of the Memphis Estate Planning Council and a member of the Board of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis. He is listed in the prestigious publication Best Lawyers in America.
