Pat Arnoult concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, litigation, tax and estate planning, and real estate. His extensive experience in civil litigation, both trial and appellate work, gives him a unique ability to understand the needs of his clients.
Pat graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1960 with a B.B.A. in accounting. He then spent three years as a lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps, and subsequently served in the Marine Corps Reserve as a major, USMCR, until 1972. Pat graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1966 with a Doctor of Jurisprudence and began practicing law in Memphis in 1966.
His practice is concentrated in civil litigation, including both trial and appellate work with an emphasis on business-related litigation and the administration of estates. He has been a certified mediator in both the federal and Tennessee state courts since 1997 and is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, of which he is a Past President. Pat was the 2007 recipient of the Judge Jerome Turner Lawyer's Lawyer Award. He is a Fellow of both the Tennessee and Memphis Bar Foundations.
