Mr. Edwards's main focus is transactional work, concentrating on corporate and real estate law.
Mr. Edwards is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi. He has represented national companies in the negotiation of leases, both from the landlord and tenant side, in office and warehouse leases, and in shopping centers. He has also represented local and national lenders in asset-based and real estate loans. He has advised individuals in structuring their estate plans, focusing on tax savings and appropriate distribution of funds to the heirs.
