Caroline is an associate attorney whose practice primarily focuses on civil litigation, estate planning, and business transactions. She serves both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil litigation and complex commercial and business disputes, including matters involving contract and transaction disputes, landlord-tenant issues, disputes with homeowners’ associations, as well as other business and tort matters. She also assists her clients with their estate planning needs, including the drafting of wills and trusts, as well as assisting in the probate and estate administration process. In addition to her litigation practice, she assists her corporate clients with employment agreements, organizational documents, drafting and reviewing contracts, and other business transactions.
Caroline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2025. During law school, she received the CALI Excellence Award and the Deal Cooper Holton Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. She also served as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and a staff member of Volumes 54 & 55 of The University of Memphis Law Review.
