Shareholder Russell Hayes’ practice focuses on estate planning, business formation and succession planning, trust and estate administration, probate, conservatorships, and a variety of transactional law. Russell’s broad practice experience and legal knowledge allow him to take a comprehensive, relationship-driven approach to ensure his client’s legal, financial, and tax goals are met. Whether a client is wanting to establish their own estate plan or preserve and transfer family wealth, Russell works closely with individuals establishing foundational plans.
Russell earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Memphis, where he was a Herbert Herff Presidential Law scholar and the Research Editor for the University of Memphis Law Review. He served as a research assistant to Professor Andrew J. McClurg, and earned the CALI award in Contracts and Insurance Law.
Russell’s primary areas of expertise are Estate Planning & Elder Law, Business Planning, and Trust & Estate Administration.
