Joshua Baker has spent his career representing a diverse spectrum of business owners, families, and high-net worth individuals in the areas of estate planning, business planning, contracts and transactions, probate, and real estate. Understanding the correlation between a family’s estate, financial, and accounting needs, Josh employs a comprehensive approach to planning, leveraging and aligning his educational background as a J.D./M.B.A. Josh is a member of the Memphis Estate Planning Council, a past Chairman of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Memphis Bar Association, and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Mid-South Super Lawyers
Prior to practicing law, Josh served in the United States Marine Corps. For his service, Josh was awarded a Combat Action Ribbon, two Naval and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and was selected by his local unit and the Chattanooga Marine Corps League as the 2007 Marine of the Year
Russell Hayes advises clients in the areas of estate planning, business formation and succession planning, trust and estate administration, probate, conservatorships, and a variety of transactional law. Representative clients include not only those who are establishing their own estate plans, but also individuals with aging parents who wish to maintain their dignity and preserve their nest eggs in the face of rising costs of long-term care.
Hayes earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Memphis, where he was a Herbert Herff Presidential Law scholar and the Research Editor for the University of Memphis Law Review. He was most recently Shareholder at another regional law firm.
